At Extend Artists I continued the tasks as Richie Hawtin’s booking agent and overlooked the booking processes of three further artists on the roster. I also handled the talent booking and coordination of Richie Hawtin’s various branded showcases (Minus, PLAYdifferently, ENTER.Sake) and the 2nd CNTRL Tour in 2014. In addition, I was in charge of the GmbH business management such as accounting preparation, staff management, and correspondence with the tax consultants, notary, bank etc.

In cooperation with the large booking agencies AM Only (Americas) and WME (rest of the world), as well as the partner agencies Daze (Italy) and B4 Bookings (Spain), I represented the interests of the artist during the booking processes and ensured that every performance was optimally used for the artist to realise his ideas. Responsibilities included determining production formats, negotiating deals and additional agreements, assigning and coordinating the team, directing and monitoring the logistics manager and working closely with production managers, promoters and event organisers. Further I developed and introduced a cost and revenue analysis tool on Excel, which I conducted before it was passed on to accounting.
LABEL MANAGER & ARTIST MANAGER
Label: ITEMS & THINGS. Artists: MAGDA, MARC HOULE, TROY PIERCE
As Label Manager: building of the music label, business administration (accounting, bookkeeping, GbR contract, artist contracts), completion and publishing of music releases (digital & analog) including artwork, mastering, promotion and sales. Establishment of a publishing company. Coordination of label events.
As Artist Manager: management of artist profiles, development of marketing strategies, consulting.
PRESS & PR MANAGER
Artist: RICHIE HAWTIN
In 2009 I took on the role as Richie Hawtin's Press Representative and Social Media Administrator. Arranging photo shoots, interviews and press releases, managing the artist's promotional contents (photos, videos, mixes etc.), updating the artist's profiles throughout the web, developing promotional strategies and updating social media accounts. Further I was involved in his overall representation, working closely with several press agents.
MINUS MULTIMEDIA GMBH, BERLIN (DE)
As management assistant I set up the accounting system for the new GmbH in place of the Canadian Managing Director:
I created a filing system for incoming and outgoing invoices, set up the accounting software, lead correspondence with lawyers and tax consultants, and carried out bank transfers.
In addition I set up the m-nus.com web shop, added and updated merch items in the CMS. Developed and implemented new merchandise ideas, advertising and sales strategies. Trained new employees, overlooked merchandise delivery and inventory, handled logistics and sales during the "Making Contakt" Tour (2008) and other events.
