During the pandemic the APPLAUS 2021 awards show had to be transferred from the usual physical event into a live streaming experience without public audience.

My client Easy Peasy Makers Club developed and produced the entire awards show in close coordination with the organisers at Initiative Musik. I was hired as Show Director and trusted with of the run of show.

APPLAUS stands for Award for Programming by Independent Venues. The APPLAUS award is realised by the Initiative Musik with project funds from the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media. It is one of the most highly endowed federal cultural prizes in Germany and has been awarded annually since 2013.
