At the time Native Instruments’ artist liaison department was in transition. So I first set up an artist database to get an overview of which artists could be considered for these meetings and in which priority, with which setup they play, whether there is already a relationship to NI or in which other NI projects they have already participated. This database was then used as the communication basis across all international artist liaison team members at NI.
Then I booked a meeting location, set up the meetings (mainly through my own contacts) and established the relationship between the NI tech team and the artists and their teams.
