Artist Shuttle Management (Cosmopop)

Cosmopop are one of Germany’s leading festival producers for electronic music, known for their high standards in event production and hospitality.
For their flagship events “Time Warp” and “Love Family Park” I was hired to handle all ground transportation for artists and their teams.
I collected flight data of approx. 300 people, organised the rental and return of all cars, hired and managed drivers, assigned drivers to their vehicles, and put together a driving schedule to provide transportation for all artists and teams between airport, hotel and venue. All of it was planned in a way that the artists’ requirements and wishes regarding their transportation were being met whilst finding the most economic way and use of drivers, vehicles and amount of runs for the promoter.
During the events and once a plan was set, the main task was to deal with flight delays and other changes so that every artist still arrives on stage in time for their performance.
For Cosmopop’s Croatian co-production “Sonus Festival” it was my responsibility to collect all flight data and transportation requirements and work with the local transportation team to make sure the artists’ expectations were being met.
On-site I was assigned to the artist help desk for the duration of the festival, where we would welcome and check-in artists and their teams, and find solutions for any problem and request that came up during their stay.
