• Built and introduced a shared booking tracking sheet to be able to have all details and requirements of the events in one place, see their status and what still needs to be done (incl. payment tracking).
• Introduced a new workflow for staff to be able to work together on incoming requests.
Fish Club runs two ships with a capacity of 30 and 120 pax, plus three venues of 80 to 350 pax that can be rented for private events such as birthday parties, company events, weddings, cruises and private dinners.
Their event brand Spreedampfer Berlin provides a 360° service to their clients to customise each event according to the client’s wishes, including catering, decoration, full staffing for bar, service, door and setup, as well as add-on extras such as a DJ or live band, photo booth and many more – all to guarantee a unique experience with high quality production standards each time.
