I work with leading figures within the creative industry who live an intense lifestyle and are constantly on the go. They are feeling off balance in their life, lacking in their productivity and are starting to develop tangible health issues.
I help them cultivate a healthier lifestyle that works within their schedule and allows them to have more energy and focus, so that they can reconnect with their creativity and feel excited and inspired by their life again.
Sessions are available in 3- or 6-months programs and can be done in-person or remotely (video calls).
