30th Anniversary of the Peaceful Revolution and Fall of the Berlin Wall

The Berlin Festival Week November 4–10, 2019 marked the 30th anniversary of the Peaceful Revolution and the fall of the Berlin Wall: the capital city was transformed into a large open-air exhibition and event location.

In over two hundred events at seven original sites of the Peaceful Revolution, visitors were invited to learn, remember, debate and celebrate.

I was hired as Artist Shuttle Driver at two of the original sites:

1. Gethsemane Church | Patti Smith & Tony Shanahan | unplugged concert (5-6 Nov)

2. Brandenburger Tor | several artists | final production (8-9 Nov)
