- Exclusive Commissions: Presented 15 world premieres of exclusive commissioned works.
- Engaging Talks: Organized 20 talks with over 70 speakers, including musicians and entrepreneurs.
- Talent Programs: Included a young talent program and the Goethe Talents program.
- International Residencies: Facilitated three residency programs (Ghana, Tel Aviv, Detroit).
- Accessibility: Focused on creating a barrier-free experience for all attendees.
Role and Contributions
As the primary coordinator for artists and speakers, my responsibilities encompassed:
- Communication and Coordination: Managed all aspects of artist and speaker coordination, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Logistics Management: Handled contracts, travel, accommodation, itineraries, ground transport, and show-related logistics.
- Event Execution: Played a key role in the smooth running of the festival, overseeing the details that contributed to a successful and memorable event.
