Cosmopop are one of Germany’s leading festival producers for electronic music, known for their high standards in event production and hospitality.
For Cosmopop’s Croatian co-production “Sonus Festival” it was my responsibility to collect all flight data and transportation requirements and work with the local transportation team to make sure the artists’ expectations were being met. The festival spans over five days and multiple venues.
On-site I was assigned to the artist help desk for the duration of the festival, where we would welcome and check-in artists and their teams, and find solutions for any problem and request that came up during their stay.
