Role Overview

Focused on booking and brand growth strategies for artists, aligning with market demands to enhance value. Maintained relationships with promoters, fans, and teams, and worked in collaboration with major booking agencies (AM Only, WME, Daze, B4 Bookings) to maximize artist performance opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Determined production formats, conducted deal negotiations, and managed team assignments.

• Supervised logistics, working with production managers and event organizers.

• Developed a cost and revenue analysis tool for Excel, later integrated into accounting processes.

• Coordinated bookings for Richie Hawtin and other artists, and managed event planning for various branded showcases and the 2nd CNTRL Tour in 2015.
