I was in charge of the GmbH business management such as accounting preparation, staff management, and correspondence with the tax consultants, notary, bank etc. I also kept a freelance network for artwork, video, sound, lights etc.
At the start of the position I developed and implemented (both on Google Sheets)
- A finance tracking and analysis tool for touring costs and revenue, to be able to track costs by show, tour and kind, calculate commissions, make projections and therefore better decisions.
- A logistics advancing tracking sheet with an overview tab and detailed itineraries for about 120 shows per year, to plan and track production crew, flights, hotels, ground transport, technical details, timings and all other required details for each show.
