Exhibition Overview
FLOTTE! is Germany’s largest fleet event, bringing together manufacturers, importers, leasing companies, and service providers from the industry. My role was to manage and realize Vimcar’s presence at the exhibition.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Design Coordination: Managed the coordination of wall graphics and the overall stand design.
• Furniture and Equipment: Handled the rental and placement of furniture and equipment for the stand.
• Staff Logistics: Coordinated travel and hotel arrangements for the attending staff and prepared goodie bags.
• PR Material Management: Planned and transported PR materials to the exhibition site.
• Stand Management: Oversaw the setup, maintenance, and dismantling of Vimcar’s exhibition stand.
