For SAP’s Go-to-Market Kick-Off Meeting CS+CSD 2025 in Hamburg, I managed key aspects of advancing and on-site execution.

In the advancing phase, I coordinated set construction (Setbau) and signage for the evening events (AVAs), overseeing production timelines, technical feasibility, and venue logistics. This included signage planning, branding integration, and supplier coordination.

On-site, I took on a dual role, managing parts of the AVA setup and breakout session operations. This involved overseeing room setups, ensuring technical requirements were met, coordinating with speakers and production teams, and facilitating smooth session transitions throughout the event.
