Event Overview
Crafted a colorful and entertaining summer event for Vimcar’s 120 employees at Treehouse in Berlin Kreuzberg. The event was a vital opportunity for team members, including those hired during the pandemic or working remotely, to meet and reconnect.

Event Highlights

• Interactive Card Game: Designed for staff members to engage and get to know each other.
• Entertainment: Featured walking-acts, three live bands, a DJ, and festival face painting by makeup artists.
• Catering and Refreshments: Included an open bar and a food court with diverse catering options.
• Special Features: Hosted a CEO speech, a photo booth with branded photo strips, a live sketch artist, an event photographer, and an outdoor games area.

Role and Contributions
As the Event Coordinator, I was responsible for:

• Collaborating with the client to conceptualize and execute the event.
• Overseeing various event elements including entertainment, catering, and activities.
• Ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
