Event Manager: Private Summer Party (Vimcar)

For the Vimcar private summer party I worked with the client to create a colorful and entertaining summer event for their 120 employees at the Treehouse location in Berlin Kreuzberg.

With a part of the Vimcar staff hired during the pandemic and others working remotely, many of the Vimcar team hadn’t met in person or not seen each other in a long time.

Elements of the event included:
  • A card game for staff members to approach and get to know each other
  • Walking-acts to introduce and help with the card game
  • An open bar
  • A food court with three different catering providers
  • A speech by the CEO
  • Three live band performances + a DJ for later (inside)
  • Two make-up artists for festival face paint
  • A photo booth with branded photo strips
  • A live sketch artist
  • An event photographer
  • An outdoors games area
