Event Overview
The #ForYouFest, organized by Das Kartell GmbH for TikTok, featured a daytime creator summit at Atelier Berlin with 160 top creators. The summit included keynotes and panel discussions with Germany’s top creators. The evening event at Prince Charles was a grand celebration with 500 special guests and partners, highlighted by a sparkly black carpet, TikTok-themed creation corners, a Späti, and live concerts and DJs.
Responsibilities
Conference:
- Orchestrated and managed keynotes, panels, and all conference aspects.
- Managed branding, security, and hostess staff briefing.
- Coordinated speakers, content, and schedule fine-tuning.
- Supervised additional elements like juice bar, coffee station with logo printer, welcome shots, and catering.
Evening Event:
- Supported guest management for an event with 500 guests, including celebrities.
- Coordinated ground transportation logistics in collaboration with Mercedes Benz.
- Managed Hazel Thomas Hörerlebnis Podcast booth, broadcast live from the black carpet.
