Astor Consulting is an event consulting and production company that produced multiple large-scale corporate events and conferences for the software giant SAP.

As Assistant to Show Operations I worked on their two largest European trade fair events “SAP Sapphire Now + SAP TechEd” (approx. 10,000 participants) and “SAP FKOM” (approx. 4,500 participants), coordinating various production processes and administrating the event budget (Excel).
