Event Overview

This 2-day event brought together Subway franchisees from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH) to discuss new products, strategies, and goals for the upcoming term.

The convention featured a main conference room where presentations by Subway management were held, illuminating the company’s future direction. Additionally, there were two breakout rooms designated for workshops, fostering interactive and engaging learning experiences.

A unique Subway bistro offered attendees a taste of the brand’s latest culinary offerings. Moreover, a partner area was established, allowing companies like Pepsi and Wolt to directly connect with Subway franchisees, facilitating valuable networking and business opportunities.
