• Location Scouting and Permits: Identified suitable outdoor locations and managed permit acquisition.

• Logistics Coordination: Oversaw car and equipment rentals, prop sourcing, and team transport.

• Budget Management: Handled budget control and cost tracking for the shoot.

• Catering and Scheduling: Arranged team catering and prepared day sheets for smooth operations.

• On-Site Management: Acted as the event manager on location, driving the production van and ensuring the shoot proceeded as planned.
